Thank you to the Brazoria, TX Lions Club for inviting us to present Smokey and the Southeastern Guide Dog, Inc. (SEGDI) program to your organization on Monday night, Jan 23, 2012.

We appreciate the invitation and your generous support with raffle ticket purchases which will assist SEGDI in giving a life of independence to those in need.

We are glad we got the chance to attend your meeting to hear about the various activities you do to demonstrate your commitment to living the Lions motto of "We Serve". 

On a personal note, it was great to see our former vet, Dr. Robert Schwebel, at the meeting. He was our family's vet for over 25 years at Lake Jackson Veterinary Clinic prior to his retirement. As you can see, Smokey was taken with him, too!
